Below is a recap of the veteran names presently in our Oak Ridge database. We obtain the names from several sources. If we have located a veteran or heard from a family member, we hi-light the veteran's name in "yellow" and add his or her name to our Veteran Archives section where we expand the information about the veteran to include photos, documents, and personal memories. With the permission of the veteran or family member, we will make the information available to the Library of Congress as part of their Veterans History Project. "Click" on the COMPANY / CATEGORY to proceed to the Veteran Tables. We wish to acknowledge the work of Carolyn (Joy) Vickio who spent hours and hours cataloguing more than 3,500 Oak Ridge veterans. |
