CPP-CG-250 - 8" x 12" (Over-Sized) Color photo of "Up an' Atom" reproduced from the original negative. Signed by Russell Gackenbach, the last surviving officer crew member. The photo was taken by Len Godfrey, Fred Bock's navigator. The nose art shows how the plane looked just before returning to the States. Planes were prohibited from returning with photos of naked women on them. As a member of George Marquardt's crew, Mr. Gackenbach flew both atomic missions; first as the Hiroshima Photographic Plane and then as the Kokura Weather Plane on the Nagasaki mission one photo per buyer.
