DEDICATION PAGE

We Respectfully Dedicate Our Organization and this Web Site to the Memory of J. Robert Oppenheimer, a Brilliant Theoretical Physicist; an Inspiring Teacher; a Dedicated Patriot; and, above all, a Compassionate and Feeling Man

J. Robert Oppenheimer

(1904 - 1967)

Dedicated to the memory of  J. Robert Oppenheimer, 1904 - 1967.  In World War II he assembled the world's foremost scientists in Los Alamos and directed them in the development of the first atomic bomb.  Their success saved millions of American and Japanese lives which would probably have been sacrificed in the 1945 planned invasion of Japan.

In the postwar period, Dr. Oppenheimer devoted his efforts to saving millions of additional lives through worldwide control of nuclear weapons.  A brilliant theoretical physicist.  An inspiring teacher.  A dedicated patriot.  Above all, a compassionate and feeling man.
