Document #8 - This official document from the War Department - Corp. of Engineers - Manhattan District, certified that Sgt. Thomas H. Cowley from Alabama participated in work essential to the production of the Atomic Bomb.  Note that it is signed by Henry Stimson, Secretary of War and is dated August 6, 1945.  Sgt.
